Oasis Retreats wanted to automate booking reservations and showcase their luxury wellness locations through a high-end web experience. Every reservation still ran through phone calls and a shared spreadsheet.
The existing site didn't reflect the calm, considered feeling of the retreats themselves — visitors couldn't tell what made Oasis different before they'd already called to ask.

I created an immersive visual experience in Webflow, built around large-format photography and generous whitespace, with custom animations that never compete with the calm the brand is selling.
Custom booking forms integrate directly with the retreat's scheduling API, so availability updates in real time and the team no longer reconciles bookings by hand.

Booking forms post directly to the retreat's scheduling API rather than a generic form-to-email setup, so availability shown on the site is always accurate and confirmed bookings sync straight into the team's existing calendar.
