Services offered
Milutin provides bespoke web design and development services — custom websites, e-commerce builds, landing pages, and ongoing maintenance — with project pricing starting from $2,500 and typically ranging $5,000–$10,000+ depending on scope, as detailed on the services page.
Payment terms
Projects are billed 50% upfront to begin work, with the remaining 50% due before final launch/handover. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance, cancelable with 30 days' notice.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed during the discovery call and stated in the project quote. Revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed hourly or as a change order.
Intellectual property
Design files, source code, and content created for a project transfer to the client upon receipt of final payment. Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of Milutin.
Warranty and support
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch bug fixes from the date of launch. Support beyond that window is covered under a maintenance plan or billed hourly.
Limitation of liability
Milutin's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total amount paid for that project. Milutin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of a delivered website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
